Atwater Chevrolet Buick GMC of Aitkin is currently looking for a motivated team member in our Service Department to perform oil changes and multi-point vehicle inspections. Successful candidates will have ability to multi-task, be a team player and have a pleasant personality and good attitude. Duties:

-Perform thorough vehicle inspection

-Lube/Oil/Filter service

-Tire mounting/balance/repair/rotate

-Replace light bulbs, batteries, wipers and filters as needed

-Perform fluid exchanges as needed

-Keep work area clean and organized

-Assist with other tasks as needed

The qualified candidate will be motivated to complete services on vehicles in a timely manner while maintaining excellent care and consideration for our guest's vehicles and time. 

Requirements for consideration include:

-Good attitude and work ethic

-Good communication skills

-Current, valid driver's license with acceptable driving record

-Experience is a plus but we will train the right candidate

Days/hours

Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Every other Saturday 8am-Noon

Atwater Chevrolet Buick GMC of Aitkin has an immediate opening to hire a full-time receptionist/cashier. 

Employee will be expected to maintain a professional appearance with business/casual work attire.

We are searching for candidates with:

-Excellent customer service skills and a great attitude.

-Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs or similar programs.

-Ability to process multiple types of information and multitask. 

-Strong organizational skills.

-Excellent communication skills, both with customers, other employees, on the phone and through email.

-Dependable work ethic.

-Ability to perform basic math skills; calculate sales tax, discounts and coupons.

-Legible handwriting.

Duties/Responsibilities:

-Greets and directs customers with a friendly and helpful attitude.

-Maintains and balances accurate payments/cash drawer; makes change.

-Maintains the reception area and cashier desk to ensure it is clean and welcoming.

-Directs incoming calls

-Maintains professional appearance and attitude at all times.

-Remain calm during stressful/busy situations.

-Prepare outgoing mail.

-Responsible for preparing accounts receivable statements & balancing customer accounts.

-Ensure customer information remains confidential.

Monday-Friday 7:30am-5:30pm 

Saturdays 7:30am-12:30pm.  

When scheduled to work a Saturday a day off during the week will be given.
