I was a walking costumer that was helped promptly and professionally by parts, service and the cashier departments. Service department could’ve easily sent me on my way with a scheduled appointment but was able to get me sorted out at the time of walk in. I hadn’t been here in a long time after a few negative experiences here. I can say that there was no sign of any previous negatives during this visit. I will be returning but with an appointment.

Mostly our experience was excellent. Most of the work was performed as requested. I had asked for the breaks to be checked and the front axles to be inspected. I told the service people we were going on a 4,000 mile trip and wanted them to check things out. No word was said if these items were performed but I neglected to ask.

The tonneau cover was installed perfectly in a timely fashion. The biggest reason for my 5 star satisfaction was because the floor mats I ordered were the wrong color. The service advisor knowing about the color of the interior of my new truck knew that these floor mats wouldn't really match. What he does next was the best part. He knows that I drove an hour and fifteen minutes this morning for this appointment. He then goes to the back and finds the correct color that would work in my truck and sends me on my way! He didn't have to do what he did, but because of what he did made my day. That is what I call excellent customer service, and excellent service is never forgotten.

Atwater replaced the transmission in our 2019 Suburban. Had to have it towed in on 9/22/25 and didn’t get it back until 10/8/25. Kind of a long time without a vehicle. We were never offered a car to use during this time. This is the 3rd used vehicle we have bought from Brandl/Atwater. A little disappointing customer service.

Gary was terrific. He was very personal in attending to solving my symptoms and problems. He is the reason I keep coming back to Atwater. I will not know if the tranny fluid drain and fill and tire balance will solve my problems until a couple hundred miles has passed. It didn't on the way home. So we will wait and see what happens.

Experience for oil change was as expected, however after receiving a regular vehicle email from GM with the stats a few weeks back (they recommended 30k service), I went on your website and scheduled the 30k service. I did add a note that I was not sure if oil change was included, but I want it done. When checking in I had to sign a form about the service that was recommended by GM that I wasn’t getting done, I said “that is why I am here” and was told they did not have time. The guy checking me in told me “read the manual if I want to know what needs to be done”. I have never had an experience that a dealership is not wanting to do the recommended service. I generally do not look at the paperwork, but needing to find another GM dealer to do the work, I looked through it and noticed the tire pressure was set to 35 PSI, that is not true - HD truck, so I know would not believe anything else on the inspection report.

Your service team is so friendly and helpful. I had a 1 pm appointment and called to see if there was an earlier opening, and they said they were sorry they had a full schedule. I said if anything opens up, give me a call, and I'll be there asap. At 9:29 am, the team called and said they had an opening and that I should head over. I asked them how long the service would take, and they said about two hours. I returned after 1 hour and 55 minutes, and my truck was pulling into the lot as I walked in the door. Great Team and Great Service!

I have had issues with a check engine light. You cleared it in Dec. at no charge. and said that another appt. would be needed to analize. Came in 1/8/ 2026 and you checked several codes (look at my invoice), cleared the check engine again. I paid $114.80. Now the check engine light is back on.
